John Chow started offering a free backlink from his site if you would do a review of his site on your blog, many bloggers started creating the same offer.If you are somebody that does reviews for those backlinks I found a nice list of Free Backlinks: All Blogs offering backlink and review programs.
It's a very cool list of people offering reviews as well as their pagerank and rules. Enjoy!
(proceed with caution: John got google slapped for the practice (presumably), or he no longer ranks for simple phrases like his own name)
